Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and evaluate vendors for IT hardware, network equipment, and telecom-related services.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including requisitions, RFQs, comparative analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships and secure cost-effective, quality-driven procurement contracts.
  • Monitor budgets, implement cost-saving strategies, and prepare procurement forecasts for projects and routine operations.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability for network rollouts, upgrades, and daily requirements.
  • Maintain complete procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Track vendor performance against SLAs and propose supplier development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain (telecom/ISP sector preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP/CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range goes up to 100K as per experience.
