Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding:

  2. Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, document submission, and understanding their needs/preferences.

  3. Provide clear instructions for completing any required paperwork or digital forms.

  4. Customer Support:

  5. Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.

  6. Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.

  7. Education & Guidance:

  8. Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.

  9. Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.

  10. Data Management:

  11. Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.

  12. Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.

  13. Collaboration:

  14. Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.

  15. Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.

Attributes:

  • Customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  • Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
