Role Description

We are looking for a
Full-Time, On-Site Website Developer
based in Lahore District. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in
front-end and back-end development
with proven experience building and maintaining e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain the company's e-commerce website.
  • Handle
    both front-end (UI/UX, responsive design, speed optimization)
    and
    back-end (server, database, security, payment gateway, API integrations)
    tasks.
  • Implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure website stability, scalability, and smooth performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Optimize website for SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Full-Stack Web Development
    (front-end + back-end).
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and modern frameworks (React, , Laravel, etc.)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built e-commerce platforms
    .
  • Experience with
    API integrations, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and CRM tools
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    database management, web security, and performance optimization
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
  • Prior experience in
    e-commerce or retail industry development
    is a big plus.
