About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience, receive timely support, and achieve success with our product/services. You'll work closely with customers to build strong relationships, resolve issues, and provide guidance that helps them get the most value from what we offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customers, building long-term relationships and understanding their goals.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and product setup.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product) to resolve problems quickly.
  • Educate customers on features, best practices, and product updates.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and share them with the Sales team.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools.
  • Proactively check in with customers to ensure continued engagement and success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • fresh graduates or experienced.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/tools quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
