Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Customer Service Representative. The representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer problems, resolving issues promptly and professionally, actively reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting products and services effectively, and offering expert technical assistance and troubleshooting.
