Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the payroll process and a range of other financial activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to apply their finance expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll process, including data entry, verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the finance team in daily financial operations and tasks.
  • Maintain and manage accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and data reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Timings: 10pm to 06:45pm (subject to change as per work requirement)
