Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Reports To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple roles.

Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

Manage interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback loops so every candidate has a smooth experience.

Track recruitment metrics and share insights that improve hiring quality and speed.

Lead onboarding efforts and help new employees settle in confidently.

Maintain applicant data and documentation with accuracy and compliance in mind.

Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Solid grasp of sourcing tactics and hiring best practices.

Strong communication skills and an ability to engage candidates with ease.

Comfortable with HR tools, recruitment platforms, and the MS Office Suite.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.

Committed to professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred

Experience hiring in the tech space.

Familiarity with HR or ATS platforms such as FlowHCM.
