Job Description

Comtanix is a fast-growing IT Compoany situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ''Accounts Payable Specialist'' with great verbal and written communication skills.

Who we are looking for:

An eager individual with excellent English Communication skills and proactive personality for our Company. We are Looking for a skilled financial specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
  • Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
  • Obtain and print signatures on all checks
  • Comparing Purchase orders, Prices, terms of Payment and other change
  • Familiarity with purchase order processes.

Requirements:

  • BBA or any equivalent Degree with Specialization in Finance
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to work in night shift
  • Must have knowledge of Excel Formulas

Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, Finance, Reconciliation, Quick books Online

Shift Timings

9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Pay: Rs40, Rs65,000.00 per month
