Role Description

This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist role, located on-site in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The position involves managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely posting of payments and invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial records, monitoring discrepancies, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining organized financial systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management or healthcare billing processes is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism
