Responsibilities:

  • Complete provider enrollment and re-credentialing applications with commercial and government payers.
  • Manage CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, and payer portals for credentialing updates.
  • Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of credentialing and enrollment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with providers, office staff, and billing teams to support smooth practice operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of credentialing experience (RCM or healthcare setting).
  • Experience with wound care provider credentialing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
  • Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, and payer portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Monday to Friday

-Timings: 5 pm to 3 am

-Pick and Drop Facility, EOBI, Insurance
