Senior Print Designer – Home Textile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research global trends, colors, and market demand in home textiles
  • Develop original print concepts, motifs, repeats, and colorways
  • Create mood boards, mockups, and print layouts (hand or digital)
  • Prepare production-ready design files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
  • Define repeat size, color separations, and print specifications
  • Review strike-offs and ensure color accuracy, scale, and print quality
  • Understand fabric behavior and printing techniques (digital, screen, rotary, etc.)
  • Coordinate with CAD, Print, and Product Development teams to ensure design feasibility and market alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Design or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in textile print/pattern design
  • Strong portfolio with original prints, repeats, and multiple colorways
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and textile-specific CAD tools
  • Knowledge of fabric types, finishes, and post-print processes
