Job Description:

The Executive – Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's strict quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves monitoring quality control processes, supervising inspections, analyzing data, and leading initiatives to continuously improve product quality and compliance across all manufacturing stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality control operations during production to ensure adherence to product and process specifications.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Identify non-conformities, lead root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and improve process consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal policies, and relevant international standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and prepare quality reports for management review.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and enhancing product reliability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Quality Control within the textile or apparel manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of inspection techniques, sampling methods, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with quality documentation and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
