We are seeking a talented and passionate PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving both custom Laravel applications and WordPress-based websites and plugins. The ideal candidate should have strong back-end development skills with a solid understanding of front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom web applications using PHP Laravel.
  • Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
  • Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
  • Manage version control with Git.
  • Implement SEO and accessibility best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), and AJAX.
  • Experience developing custom Laravel APIs and building WordPress plugins.
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, VPS, or shared).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with WooCommerce, ACF, or Elementor.
  • Familiarity with Laravel Livewire or
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of WordPress multisite and headless WordPress concepts.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue) is a plus.
