Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.
  • Responsible for the multi-channel digital strategy and to advocate and communicate the digital vision to all the stakeholders across the business.
  • Articulate the value of "Digital" and integrate into business operating model from the perspective of sales revenue, costs savings and customer experiences.
  • Maintain an understanding of external competitive digital development and their impact on our business and innovation strategy.
  • Formulate and execute the strategy to make internet/mobile as key channels for sales and servicing.
  • Drive the development of projects, develop detailed project development plans, track, and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services/ initiatives, and perform post-implementation review.
  • Upgrading the organization's digital capabilities with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
  • Graduate/Master's Degree from a reputable institute.
Minimum experience:
  • 15+ years of experience ideally within the industry.
