Job Description:

Are you a fluent English speaker with experience communicating across cultures? We're looking for a dynamic Influencer Onboarding Specialist to support the training and integration of influencers promoting our cutting-edge business application.

You'll play a key role in ensuring influencers fully understand our brand and features equipping them to promote confidently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate video onboarding sessions for influencers to educate them about the business model.

  1. Provide chat-based support on designated days to answer questions and assist influencers post-onboarding.

  2. Ensure clear communication and understanding of the application's value proposition.

  3. Act as a point of contact for influencers from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

  4. Follow structured schedules: onboarding days and chat support days will be separate to ensure focus.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  2. Prior experience in onboarding, training, or customer/influencer support.

  3. Proven ability to communicate with individuals from multiple nationalities.

  4. Tech-savvy with a professional, friendly, and patient attitude.

Availability to manage video calls and chat shifts as scheduled.
