We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processing Associate to manage order processing, document verification, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure correctness and compliance.
  • Professionally draft and respond to emails.
  • Maintain and update data records within company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and timely processing.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in orders or documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data processing, order management, or an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
