Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated
Business Excellence Intern
to join our team and contribute to ongoing process improvement, governance, and operational excellence initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to business process documentation, performance tracking, and implementation of efficiency-driven projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn about organizational improvement frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support process improvements
  • Support governance and compliance activities by helping monitor adherence to internal policies
  • Participate in process mapping and workflow documentation under guidance
  • Help gather and organize data for performance tracking and reporting
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives by researching best practices and assisting in implementation
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of improvement projects

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of business processes and improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI or process mapping tools is an advantage
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear manner.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Initiative-driven and adaptable to dynamic tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh or previous internship experience
