Job Description:
We are currently seeking "HR Coordinator "with the potential for permanent employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques and onboarding them. (overall recruitment process).
- Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are up to date.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Should be able to prepare payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
- Manage payroll-related documents such as tax forms, attendance records, and deductions.
- Ensure all HR operations processes are aligned with Company's policies.
- Must be active and quickly observe the current HR trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
Requirements and skills
- BBA/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Sound knowledge of MS-Offfice/Excel.
- The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who has strong communications and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
- Good knowledge of employment contracts, employee leaves.
Working Hours:
- UK Shift: Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard timings and can change as per requirement), Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm
- We only follows UK calendar for holidays , no Pakistani Federal Holidays
