We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Call Center Agent (UK Market) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sales and have experience in outbound cold calling for international SEO and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective international clients (UK market)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Present and promote SEO and digital marketing services to potential clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs
  • Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline in CRM
  • Track and report key sales metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Matric / O-Level / Intermediate
  • Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Professional attitude, customer-focused, with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-driven work ethic
  • Experience in outbound sales or cold calling for international SEO and digital marketing campaigns (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fresh candidates with strong English skills and motivation are encouraged to apply

  • Shift: UK Campaign — 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
