Junior Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist with a strong background in U.S. healthcare credentialing and a minimum of 6 months-2 years of experience working with a medical billing company. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and well-versed in U.S. insurance panel enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle credentialing and re-credentialing applications for physicians and healthcare providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers (e.g., UHC, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, etc.)
- Complete and maintain accurate provider profiles in portals like CAQH, PECOS, Availity, and various payer-specific platforms
- Track and follow up on submitted applications until approvals/contracts are received
- Maintain credentialing records, logs, and spreadsheets
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, payers, and providers via email and phone (when required)
- Stay up-to-date with payer guidelines and credentialing regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of credentialing experience in a medical billing company (U.S. healthcare system)
- Strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and commercial payer portals
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night shift, Monday to Friday)
- Location: Satellite Town, Commercial Market (Near Tehzeeb Bakers), Rawalpindi
- Salary Range: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 (based on experience and performance)
