Role Summary:
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be the architect of Fossphorus's next phase of growth. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive strategic expansion across sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute innovative business development strategies aligned with Fossphorus's service offerings—web & mobile development, AI, ERP, cloud, e-commerce, cybersecurity, consulting, and data analytics.
-Identify high-potential clients through market research, networking, industry events, and digital channels; manage prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and deal closure.
-Collaborate with technical and creative teams to design tailored proposals and solutions that demonstrate how Fossphorus adds value and solves business challenges.
-Track opportunities from lead generation to contract signing using CRM tools; forecast and report on revenue, opportunities, and sales targets.
-Nurture and grow existing client relationships, exploring cross-selling and upselling across services.
-Build alliances with consulting firms, agencies, and technology providers to expand referral networks and enhance market reach.
-Conduct continuous research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategies and identify new verticals.
-Represent Fossphorus at conferences, webinars, and other networking forums.
Qualifications:
-Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
-04 to 06 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, digital agencies, or tech-enabled sectors.
-Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-Demonstrated client relationship management and track record of closing deals-Comfortable preparing engaging proposals and delivering impactful demos
