The Strategy & Digital Transformation Associate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Bayer's DSO operating model and strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital tools and analytics, capable of leading cross-functional teams to execute successful projects end to end.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with organizational goals, incorporating new ways of working and technological advancements such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and closed-loop marketing platforms.
  • Facilitate and optimize digital transformation projects and campaigns across 360 channels, ensuring alignment with outcome KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support the Pharma Strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights, optimizing future efforts in collaboration with the Country Commercial Lead (CCL).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance across all strategic execution endeavors.
  • Oversee the content creation process, ensuring messaging is engaging and adheres to brand standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance organizational efficiencies.
  • Execute tasks and projects as assigned by management.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of:

  • Pharma strategy execution KPIs and benchmarks.

  • Brand awareness and perception metrics within the market.

  • Engagement rates across strategic and digital platforms.

  • Social media reach, engagement, and growth.

  • Campaign ROI in alignment with business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Strategy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; digital transformation and analytical skills are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably utilizing a 360-degree approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven experience in project management (strategy/commercial operations) with a track record of successful execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop engaging content that enhances customer experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
