About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer working as service provider / freelancer who can take on a dual role: working directly as a Sales Operator (doing B2B calls and closings) while also training and mentoring new operators. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver practical sales training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as a Sales Closer/Operator using our Teamsales Dialer to conduct outbound B2B calls to institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities, VET centers).

  • Build client relationships, send follow-up emails, schedule appointments, and ensure meetings take place.

  • Train and mentor operators on sales scripts, call handling, email follow-ups, and closing techniques.

  • Monitor operator performance and provide feedback, coaching, and structured guidance.

  • Report daily progress and ensure smooth collaboration between sales operators and senior management.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience (B2B or education/consulting sector preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience as a sales trainer, team lead, or coach with successful track record of mentoring teams.

  • Strong English communication (spoken & written).

  • Hands-on experience with dialer tools, and structured outreach.

  • Ability to balance personal sales performance with team training responsibilities.

Work & Payment Terms

Engagement: Milestone-based via Upwork.

Compensation: $100–$200 USD/week (performance & training-based).

Payment Frequency: Biweekly.

Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid) to assess performance.
