We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing and Lead Generation Expert to join our team. This role is integral to driving our business growth by identifying potential leads and engaging with them through innovative and effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation:

  • Identify and source high-quality leads from diverse channels, including online directories, social media platforms, groups, forums, and other relevant online and offline sources.
  • Utilize tools and technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, and other prospecting tools to build targeted lead lists.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new lead generation opportunities.

2. Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute cold email campaigns to engage and nurture leads effectively.
  • Craft compelling email copy and design templates that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

3. Social Media Outreach:

  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to connect with potential leads and build meaningful relationships.
  • Participate in relevant groups and forums to establish authority and generate leads.
  • Engage with leads through direct messaging and other innovative social outreach methods.

4. Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for email campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Share feedback and insights from lead interactions to improve overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, cold outreach, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ACTIVE Campaign) and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and workflows for email marketing and lead generation.
  • Background in digital marketing or a related field.
