About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our overall business growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a solid foundation in all aspects of digital marketing and a passion for data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
  • Content & SEO: Create and optimize engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels. Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Develop content calendars and run paid social ad campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage email lists, design and code email templates, and execute A/B tests to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Prepare regular reports on KPIs (e.g., ROI, traffic, conversion rates) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
