Job Description:

We're hiring a Quality Control Specialist to maintain our high service standards. Your role involves evaluating calls, providing feedback, and helping us deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate inbound calls.
  • Assess communication, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and track performance.
  • Collaborate on training and process improvements.
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports.
  • Listening up to 300 calls per day.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of quality control experience in a contact center.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in call monitoring tools and Excel.
  • Bonus: Taxi industry knowledge.
