The Customer Sales Representative – Skincare is responsible for promoting skincare products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide personalized skincare advice based on customer needs, concerns, and skin types.
- Demonstrate product usage and explain key benefits and ingredients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare products, promotions, and brand story.
- Upsell and cross-sell related skincare or beauty items.
- Keep displays fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collect and input customer data for loyalty programs or follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on skincare trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Graduation or equivalent; additional certifications in skincare or beauty is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of common skin concerns and skincare ingredients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
- Energetic, friendly, and goal-oriented personality.
- Basic computer or POS system skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified skincare consultant or cosmetologist (optional but desirable).
- Experience in a high-end or natural skincare brand.
- Multilingual abilities (especially in regions with diverse customer bases).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
