We're Hiring a Store Manager at Zara Shahjahan

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Zara Shahjahan, a renowned name in luxury fashion and bridal couture, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our new flagship store in Islamabad.

As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and profitably while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead and mentor your team, drive sales, and maintain the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.

* Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Provide an outstanding and personalized shopping experience for our clients.

* Maintain the visual merchandising and brand aesthetics of the store to the highest standards.

* Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* Proven 4 Years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a luxury retail or fashion environment.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* A passion for high-end fashion and an understanding of our brand's aesthetic.

* Goal-oriented with a strong business acumen.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
