We are looking for a GoHighLevel & Email Marketing Specialist to manage CRM automations, pipelines, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate can connect Wix, WordPress, or other custom website forms to GoHighLevel (via Zapier or other tools), set up complete workflows, and run high-performing SMS and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automated task creation.
  • Build and run SMS and email marketing campaigns directly inside GoHighLevel.
  • Integrate Wix, WordPress, or custom website forms with GoHighLevel using Zapier or native integrations.
  • Set up lead nurturing sequences, follow-ups, and automated reminders.
  • Implement dashboards, missed call text-back, and client onboarding sequences.
  • Monitor and improve deliverability, open/click rates, and campaign performance.
  • Generate performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM & automations.
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Experience integrating Wix, WordPress, or other custom forms into GoHighLevel (Zapier or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of pipelines, triggers, task assignment, and follow-up automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration or workflow issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Portfolio or case studies showing relevant GoHighLevel projects.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with additional automation tools such as n8n.
  • Understanding of email deliverability optimization and list segmentation.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for editing emails or landing pages.
