We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our construction estimation company. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns targeted toward contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies across the US. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the company's marketing and sales strategies through targeted email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for construction estimation services.
  • Develop effective email sequences for lead generation, cold outreach, and client onboarding.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Build and segment email lists for contractors, GCs, architects, and property management companies.
  • Write compelling and professional email copy aligned with the construction estimation industry.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, templates, and message flow.
  • Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align campaigns with company goals.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use CRM and email tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of email automation, drip sequences, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience working in the construction, engineering, or estimation industry is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging emails.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
