We're looking for a motivated and creative Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our design business on Discord and Instagram. You'll be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our design services, and closing sales through community interactions and direct messages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential clients through Discord servers, DMs, and Instagram messages.
  • Present and promote design services (e.g., branding, banners, thumbnails, social media design, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Identify new leads, build relationships, and maintain strong customer connections.
  • Follow up with interested clients and guide them through the purchase process.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Maintain a positive brand image while communicating in public and private channels.
  • Report weekly on sales activities, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or community management (preferably online).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with Discord and Instagram tools, bots, and outreach methods.
  • Understanding ofdigital design servicesand basic design terminology.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • (Optional) Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
