Balleza is a fast-growing white-label eCommerce brand delivering premium smartwatches, luxury audio gear, and modern lifestyle accessories.

Our mission is to merge style and technology — creating high-quality products that redefine everyday living.

We're now expanding our creative team and looking for a Video Ads & Product Shoot Specialist who can turn our products into stunning visual stories that sell, engage, and inspire.

Your Role at Balleza

As our Creative Video & Product Design Expert, you'll lead the visual direction of our brand — from product shoots and ad videos to eye-catching content for Meta & Google Ads.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure every creative aligns with Balleza's luxury, clean, and modern aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute high-quality product photoshoots and video ads (studio and lifestyle formats).
  • Create short-form video ads optimized for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) and Google/YouTube Ads.
  • Edit and enhance videos with dynamic transitions, sound sync, captions, and product animations.
  • Design marketing banners, thumbnails, and social media creatives for paid campaigns.
  • Develop creative storyboards and ad concepts that align with brand tone and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visuals reflect performance data.
  • Stay updated on trending video styles, ad formats, and visual storytelling techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in product videography, photo editing, and ad creative design.

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro.

Knowledge of lighting, camera angles, and product aesthetics.

Experience creating high-converting ad creatives for eCommerce or D2C brands.

Understanding of brand identity and ad psychology (how visuals impact conversion).

Portfolio of video ads or product shoots is mandatory.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with 3D product rendering or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with Shopify visuals and product page layouts.
  • Knowledge of TikTok/Reel content trends for eCommerce marketing.
  • Basic video scripting and voiceover experience.
