Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor work performance to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address issues, and provide updates.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the overall floor operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training to new employees and ongoing development opportunities for existing staff.
- Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on floor activities, performance metrics, and any issues or incidents.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, staff attendance, and other relevant data.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the first point of contact for any issues on the floor and escalate to higher management if necessary.
