Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a
Human Resources Intern
at
Kairosys-HR
. The intern will primarily support the recruitment and hiring process, assist in job posting and candidate tracking, and help ensure accuracy in formatting and maintaining HR documents. Responsibilities include organizing and updating job descriptions, processing candidate applications, assisting in onboarding activities, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The intern will also help uphold HR policies and procedures and contribute to document management and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions, especially recruitment and job processing
  • Familiarity with HR policies, employee documentation, and basic HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting and maintaining structured documents
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
