Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conversion Manager located in Lahore. The Conversion Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire student conversion process, developing strategies to improve conversion rates, and coordinating between counselling and admissions teams. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, implementing marketing campaigns to drive conversions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires interaction with various stakeholders including students, educational institutions, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Student Counselling, Student Conversion
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Marketing Campaigns and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategies and implement action plans to improve conversion rates
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or migration sector is a plus
