Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales & Marketing Officer located in the Lahore District. The Sales & Marketing Officer will design and execute effective sales strategies, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to optimize outreach. Daily tasks include creating and implementing marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and engaging potential customers to promote organizational activities and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including expertise in planning, promoting, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Analytical skills for tracking and reporting campaign performance through metrics
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation and reporting tools is a plus
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred

Timing: 9am to 5pm

Monday to Saturday

3 months probation

Alternative Saturdays off after probation

Salary: 50,000/- PKR (will increase as per performance after the probation period)
