Role Description

This is a full-time Night Shift (5:00pm - 2:00am), on-site role for an HR & Financial Executive, based in Multan. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling human resources management & Accounts. The role will involve fostering positive employee relations, implementing organizational initiatives, and supporting financial tasks and operational processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Track, verify, and categorize company expenses; assist with invoice processing and reimbursements.
  • Support payroll preparation, Tracking clock in/out, timesheet review, and employee benefits coordination.
  • Ensure HR and financial activities comply with federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Draft HR notices, summaries, and policy updates as needed.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, processes, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain structured communication with management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and basic financial principles.
  • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with HR or finance software is a plus.
