Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in a corporate environment or fast-paced organization).
