Job Description

  • Identify root causes behind financial changes and assess expense efficiency
  • Investigate operational inefficiencies, labor gaps, and space utilization in warehouse
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal controls
  • Analyze large datasets using Power Query, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Optimize routing and dispatch to improve inventory turnover.
  • Develop and track KPIs; provide regular reports to management.
  • Build scenario models to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare operational plans and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Own P&L accuracy across 5–7 warehouses.
  • Present variance analyses to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead or support Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
