Role Overview:

Power-Tek Global Inc. is seeking an
Investment Analyst
to support
deal sourcing, financial modeling, and investment analysis
across
power, renewables, utilities, data centers, and real estate
. The role involves
market research, financial valuation, and investment presentations
to drive key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Power, Renewables & Utilities Investment:

  • Market Research & Analysis
    – Identify trends and investment opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation
    – Develop financial models for
    power and energy assets
    .
  • Due Diligence
    – Assess technical, regulatory, and financial aspects of potential investments.
  • Investment Reports & Presentations
    – Prepare materials for senior management and investment committees.

Real Estate & Data Centers Investment:

  • Market & Asset Analysis
    – Evaluate
    real estate and data center opportunities
    , focusing on energy-intensive assets.
  • Financial Underwriting
    – Build
    pro forma models
    , conduct
    cap rate analysis
    , and assess development feasibility.
  • Data Center Investment Analysis
    – Assess
    power demand, cooling requirements, and site selection criteria
    .
  • Transaction Support
    – Assist in
    deal structuring, acquisition due diligence, and investment execution
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Finance, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
    (CFA preferred).
  • 1-2 years
    in
    investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or infrastructure investments
    .
  • Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
    (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
  • Excellent communication & presentation abilities
    for investor reports and pitch decks.
  • Understanding of data center investments, renewable energy, and real estate development
    is a plus.
