Position Summary:

We are looking for a 
Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist
 with hands-on experience in 
Social Media Marketing
, 
Google Ads
, and 
Email Marketing
. The ideal candidate should be capable of running paid campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating effective email campaigns, and analyzing performance to deliver measurable growth. A candidate with 
1 to 2 years of experience
 is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement
  • Generate ideas for reels, stories, and trending content
  • Track performance & prepare monthly reports

Google Ads

  • Plan and manage Google Search, Display & Video campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis
  • Write ad copy and optimize landing pages
  • Monitor daily performance & adjust bids/budget
  • Ensure conversion tracking, analytics, and remarketing setup

Email Marketing

  • Create and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar tools
  • Write compelling and conversion-focused email content
  • Segment email lists for targeted campaigns
  • Track open rate, CTR, and conversions

Reporting & Optimization

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives & email campaigns
  • Provide insights & recommendations for continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years
     of proven experience in Social Media, Google Ads & Email Marketing
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CTR, CPC & conversion optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Meta Ads Manager
  • Good communication & ad copywriting skills
  • Basic design skills (Canva preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (preferred)
