We Are Hiring: Admission Support Officer

We are seeking a female professional to join our growing team as an Admission Support Officer, responsible for managing student documentation, application processing, and follow-ups to students related to international admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize student documents required for admission and visa processes.

  • Assist in completing the admissions and visa processing.

  • Conduct timely follow-up calls with students to ensure smooth processing.

  • Maintain proper records of applications and communications.

  • Coordinate with the team to track application status and deadlines.

  • Provide support in preparing and submitting visa-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in study visa consultancy or student admissions.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.

  • Professional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-1.

Employment Type: Full-time
