About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Operations & Project Manager
to oversee and manage our company's daily operations. This person will act as the backbone of the business — supervising teams, managing projects, handling client execution, monitoring marketing activities, conducting hiring, and ensuring overall operational efficiency — allowing the leadership to focus on strategic growth and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Office Management:

  • Supervise and manage the office team including developers, designers, marketers, and support staff.
  • Monitor daily tasks, project timelines, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Organize, lead, and follow up on internal meetings.

Recruitment & HR:

  • Manage the hiring process from posting jobs and conducting interviews to onboarding.
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure team performance and discipline.

Project & Client Execution:

  • Track project workflows and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage order handling, revisions, and overall project quality.

Marketing & Sales Coordination:

  • Supervise marketing team performance and campaign execution.
  • Oversee Fiverr, Upwork, and other platform accounts, including order handling and performance tracking.
  • Support marketing strategy implementation and provide feedback.

Reporting & Operational Improvements:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for smoother workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital projects (marketing + development) is preferred.
  • Experience managing Fiverr/Upwork or agency operations is a strong plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Remote Work:
    3 hours daily (flexible timing)
