Cinnova is looking for a skilled BI Developer with solid core concepts in Business Intelligence and hands-on experience with Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying interactive reports, dashboards, applications to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI data modelling and DAX.
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in data analysis, data visualization, and presentation of findings.
  • Work closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to integrate data sources.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in BI development.
  • Strong understanding of core BI concepts, data modelling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize report performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Canvas Apps development
  • Custom workflows using Power Automate
  • Model-driven app development (Optional)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
  • Familiarity with other reporting tools or programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
