Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Amazon PPC Manager to lead and scale our advertising operations. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising who can develop advanced strategies, manage large budgets, and mentor junior PPC team members to achieve exceptional results in visibility, traffic, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-level PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and bid optimization to maximize ROAS and minimize wasted spend.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product Research, Design, and Account Management teams to ensure cohesive advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Amazon algorithm updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
  • Train and guide PPC executives or assistants, ensuring team growth and performance consistency.
  • Develop and execute scaling strategies for top-performing products and optimize underperforming ones.
  • Work directly with the leadership team to plan long-term advertising roadmaps and brand positioning strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong command over Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and third-party analytics tools (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of data-driven decision-making, bidding algorithms, and automation tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis, data visualization, and budget tracking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategies to management.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple brands/accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
