Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar

Timings: 4pm to 12am (ONSITE)

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Amazon Account Manager to handle end-to-end account operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain account health and resolve performance notifications.
  • Manage and follow up on case logs with Amazon until resolution.
  • Handle repricing to improve Buy Box performance and competitiveness.
  • Plan and execute replenishment shipments to Amazon FBA.
  • Oversee restocking and maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Monitor product listings and resolve suppressions, errors, or compliance issues.
  • Prepare and maintain P&L (Profit & Loss) reports to track profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Resolve customer or Amazon issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of FBA operations, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
