Position: QA Executive

Location: Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Timing: Night Shift

About the Role:

As a QA Executive at Shark Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and excellence of customer interactions. You will monitor and evaluate agents' performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your work will contribute to optimizing operations and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance monitoring and evaluations of customer service calls, emails, and chat interactionsAssess agents' performance based on established quality standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance and customer service skills. Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to address quality issues and implement process improvements. Prepare and analyze quality performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure that operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in training new agents on quality standards and best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine quality assurance processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of operations, customer service metrics, and QA best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency with QA tools and call monitoring software is a plus
