About Us
We are a technology solutions provider specializing in website design, mobile app development, and CRM/ERP systems. To expand our international client base, we are hiring a Sales Executive – Upwork with experience in bidding, client acquisition, and business development on freelance platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on suitable projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Prepare winning proposals and customize them according to client needs.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals (typically between USD $3,000–$4,000 in sales).
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar sales role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of website and mobile app development, CRM/ERP solutions.
- Ability to negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
