The Active Solutions is seeking a talented Upwork Sales Executive to join our sales team and help generate potential leads for our organization.

We offer a market-competitive salary, dollar-based commissions, and bonuses to reward your performance.

  • Industry: Design and Development
  • Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site).
  • Timing: Night Shift (9pm to 6am)
  • Salary: Upto 100k
  • Experience: 2-3years

you'll be responsible for:

  • Hunting relevant projects and exploring potential opportunities
  • Pitching through proposals, and securing new business opportunities through Upwork.
  • Crafting proposals that will blow away and amaze potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing deals

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Upwork Sales (design & development industry)
  • Must have completed studies
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Understands the full sales life cycle, is prepared to write sales proposals, and pitch to clients
