Purpose
This position assists in managing day to day operations of warehouses in providing input for S&OP ordering, receiving, stocking, processing and issuance of materials; The incumbent is responsible to coordinates with stakeholder departments to provide optimum support in operational activities.

Required Education & Experience
MBA in Supply Chain or B.E Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical from Accredited local or Foreign University. Certifications in SCSP/CLTD etc. and strong grip on Power BI/Python will be preferred

Professional Experience
At least 3 years relevant experience of Supply Chain and Inventory Management from reputed organizations of . Should be well versed in SAP S-4 HANA.

Areas Of Responsibility

  • Ensure proper receiving, placement and issuance activities and their recording in system.
  • Ensure implementation of approved SOPs and guidelines at stores with due controls.
  • SAP MM/WM implementation and MIS reporting as per requirement of Management.
  • Setup layout and space management and implement procedures such as SOP, 5S.
  • At the time of receiving of new consignment verifies checks discrepancies on stock quantities packaging and quality.
  • Supervise activities of store keepers/staff and ensure proper issuance and receipt of materials.
  • Monitor shelf life of particular items based on receipt of FIFO techniques.
  • Accountable for the cyclic count and annual physical inventory of all material / stocks.
  • Ensure workplace safety as per the required guidelines of corporate HESQ.
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding areas.

Any other related assignment given by LM.
